From the Dashboard, go to My Jobs:
Click New Permanent Job or New Locums Job:
Fill in the information to find exactly the type of candidate you're seeking. Required fields are highlighted in blue.
(New Permanent Job shown for example):
Click Save to complete your new Job, and our MatchBots will go to work finding candidates. This typically happens in seconds, and you will see the results as the counter on My Matches increases.
