Three Options: (two private groups and hospital employment):
#1 Join 2 physicians
Late 50s Board Certified in community since 1998 Air Force.
Mid 60s Board Certified in community since 1999 U. of MD.

#2 Join 1 physician 1 ARNP
- Late 50s Board Certified in community since 1989
