Locum Family Practitioner needed for Boston UC * Three clinic locations around the city • Schedule: 365 days a year • Shifts: 9a-9p • Ave # of Patients/shift?: Varies by location (between 26-40) • Support staff: Yes, medical assistants, rad-techs, and on some shifts a physician assistant for an extra set of helping hands. • BC/BE: BC or true BE (must have scheduled boards) • Procedures: Reading X-rays, Interpreting EKGs, Taking vital signs , Performing suturing, Performing stapling, Performing Dermabond closure, Performing incision and drainage, Performing toenail Removal, Performing splinting, Typing progress notes, Utilizing EMR, Performing BLS, Utilizing AED • Type of Charting: EMR “E-Clinical” or Tech Savy • Provider must have VERY recent experience working with ages 1 and older. Prefers UC experience and no new grads • ALL providers must attend 2 paid training shifts between November 17-19 • How long does credentialing take: A week to two weeks • Reason for need: new facilities
