Administrative / Medical Director Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Akron, Ohio
This Internal Medicine telemedicine opportunity based in Akron, Ohio is offered as an Administrative/Medical Director role, one of several arrangements under which this position is structured. In this capacity, clinical oversight, quality, and organizational responsibilities form a substantial part of the job, often paired with a reduced clinical schedule as you take on leadership and operational duties. This setup suits physicians looking to move toward systems-level work and management of clinical operations rather than a purely clinical caseload.
The role is also available under a number of other formats, including part-time, virtual, contract, and various employment models (solo, single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, military/VA, and community health center/FQHC settings), so you can discuss which structure best fits your goals. Compensation may be arranged as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average.
There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position, which supports a schedule oriented toward administrative and oversight responsibilities.
