Employed General Surgeon 40 Miles Northwest of Nashville

Regional health system is recruiting a BC General Surgeon for a 260-bed community hospital in Clarksville.  Position is hospital based and will join 3 additional GS and a vascular surgeon.  Vascular surgeon doesn’t take GS call.  Anticipated call is 1:4.  Office space is conveniently connected to the hospital.  12 OR's including 2 Endo/vascular suite and 1 cystoscopy suite, as well as a robotic suite. Fully equipped Imaging Department with 2 Cath Labs, 5 X-Ray rooms, 4 Nuclear Machines, 2MRI, 2CT, 5 Ultrasound, 4Mammo, and 1 Specialty Procedures.  Emergency Department (2Trauma, 2 Cardiac Rooms, 38 exam rooms).  Staff receives additional education for robotics.  Base Salary Compensation Package May also Include:  RVU based bonus, Commencement bonus, Assistance with medical education debt, Relocation assistance, Reimbursement for Licensure, Dues and/or Subscriptions, 401K, Profit sharing, PTO, and CME allowance.
