JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital is seeking a BC/BE General Surgeon to join their employed medical staff in Tennessee, just 20 minutes from Cookeville.
 
The incoming physician should be comfortable with bread and butter general surgery cases, including upper and lower endoscopy. Interest in breast surgery or wound care would be a welcome addition as well, but not required. Hospital does not have robotics available.
  • Base comp in the $435K+ range PLUS the opportunity for bonus based on wRVUs, sign-on bonus, relo, med mal coverage, 25 days’ vacation/holidays, 5 days’ CME, $5K CME allowance and more

The Hospital is a 110+-bed acute care facility. The hospital provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including 24-hour emergency services that serve the Upper Cumberland Region as a Level III trauma center.
