January 1, 5, 6, 7, and 31 

February open dates are: 1, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23.

·           Ongoing needs. 10-14 days per month. 24 hr. 7a-7a

·           EMR: EPIC

·           100% Adult/Hospital, Peds – Preferred.

·           Procedures:

o   Laparoscopic Surgery: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, and Heminoplasty.

o   Ventilation Management

o   Chest tube insertion

REQUIRED: 

·           CA state license; active, unrestricted

·           BC, BE within 2 years from completion of residency/training.

·           BLS/ACLS

COMPENSATION:

·           Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

·           Malpractice insurance provided.

·           Temp privileges may be available for a provider with a clean file.
