DESCRIPTION: 

·        M-F 8am-4:30pm 25-30 patients under treatment per day.

·        No call

·        Cases- External beam treatments, OTV’s and follow ups.

·        On site supervision for compliance, checking SRS’s, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult.

·        EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED: 

·        DEA required

·        Active IL License

·        CSR License required

·        BLS

COMPENSATION:

·        Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
