Psychiatrist Description: The Clinic is actively recruiting for a board certified/board eligible psychiatrist to join four psychologists and a psychiatrist in a very busy Behavioral Health Department. Our ideal candidate is a generalist who treats adults or a mix of adults and children. The candidate demonstrates a strong commitment to diagnosis, consultation, medication management and care coordination. Good interpersonal skills are essential for consulting with many different providers/specialists in our community. The market area of 250,000 residents in a three county region is underserved in psychiatry. Responsibilities will be focused on outpatient care; the cases, diverse. Additionally, the position will be supported by an established referral network. The Clinic offers a rewarding practice, a guaranteed salary with incentive bonuses for the first 18 months as well as CME, relocation reimbursement and medical malpractice. Partnership is available after 2 years; buy-in is $1. Excellent benefits including health, disability, retirement, and life insurance are provided.
