• 8 hours/day, Monday - Friday -- on-call one night per week
• 16 - 18 total encounters per day
• 4 - 6 new patients per day -- 12 - 16 follow-up visits per day
• Inpatient facility -- hospitalized adolescent patients ages 13 - 17
• Supported by two APRN/PMHNP on unit
• Attending for up to 44 patients -- 14 - 18 cases managed independently
• Restrictive intervention orders and admit/discharge orders required
• At least 12 months of experience as a physician in specialty required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
