Locums; Locums to PERM
Scheduled work hours? M-Th : 8am – 8pm, F: 8-5pm, No holidays or weekends or night shifts

ADC (Average Daily Census)/ Time Frame Expectation for each below:
o Breakdown of # follow ups 15-30 Minutes for Follow-Ups
o Evaluations, etc. 60 Minutes for New Patient Evaluations
o Admits, Any ER admits? NO – Outpatient ONLY
