Non-Clinical / Case Management Physiatry (PM&R): Pain Medicine Job in Las Vegas, Nevada
This Physiatry (PM&R): Pain Medicine position in Las Vegas, Nevada is a permanent role offered as a non-clinical case management opportunity. In this structure, your medical judgment is applied outside direct patient treatment — reviewing cases, coordinating care, and working with insurers, employers, or health organizations on utilization and care decisions. These arrangements are typically salaried, business-hours positions without call, suited to physicians seeking a non-clinical application of their clinical expertise. Consistent with that, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role.
This same position is also offered under an Employed by Hospital/Clinic/MSO/Other structure, so you may explore either arrangement depending on your preference. Compensation is structured as an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering is listed at the National Average tier.
Candidates may be Board Certified or Board Eligible, MD or DO trained, and either American or foreign medical graduates, provided they hold US Citizenship or Green Card work status. Physicians across experience levels — from those currently in training through very experienced practitioners — are considered.

We work as a genuine multidisciplinary group, with in-house mental health and established relationships with experienced providers across the community.
Schedule:
• 3 clinic days (8a–6p) + 1 procedure day, typically finished before noon
• Every weekend is a three-day weekend, structurally — not as an occasional perk
• No call. No weekends. All holidays off.
Compensation:
• $400,000–$450,000 base guarantee, commensurate with experience
• Productivity bonus up to $100,000

• ACGME-accredited pain medicine fellowship; board-certified or board-eligible
• Full independent interventional scope
• Genuine interest in medical-legal work. Prior expert experience is ideal, but we will train the right person from the ground up — the interest matters more than the résumé.
• Comfortable representing yourself publicly: attorney meetings, community reputation, testimony under cross-examination
