Hospital / Clinic Employed Pediatrics: General Job in HENDERSON, Kentucky
This Pediatrics: General position in Henderson, Kentucky is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. In this structure, you would be a W-2 employee of the hospital, clinic, or management services organization, which administers your compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and provides the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. This arrangement is designed to minimize business and administrative responsibilities so you can focus on clinical care.
The financial structure includes straight employment or an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed as Open. Emergency department call is structured at 1:6 or better. This is a permanent role, and no partnership opportunity is attached to this position.
Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible, hold an MD or DO from an American medical school, and be authorized to work as a US citizen. The role is open to physicians across a range of experience levels, from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners.

Office Hours are 8-5, M-F (get paid for 10 hrs)
