BC/BE Requirements: BC in OB/GYN with truly BE MFM Fellowship or BC in MFM
Length Of Assignment: 2-4 weeks per month ongoing
Facility Type: Hospital
Patient Volume: 8 to 14 depending upon mix of new patients and follow-up patient's, Clinic and Antepartum unit
Call Requirements: Can participate on-call with in patient service if desired

100% Maternal-Fetal Medicine outpatient practice; can participate on-call with in patient service if desired.

Hospital is Level I Trauma, Level III Perinatal with 25 bed NICU and 17 bed Intermediate Care Nursery

Average Number of Cases per day (patients,
inpatients, follow-ups, etc): 8 to 14 depending upon mix of new patients and follow-up patient's, Clinic and Antepartum unit



Provider must oblige to the following requirements:
Complete Locum forms (IMPACT, Pharmacy & Medical History Forms), provide a professional headshot, Complete on-line Training Modules (Carle-LMS) which takes approx. ~2 hours – locum needs to do prior to orientation.
Pre-employment Drug screening, Executive Physical, and Immunization Review on orientation day
Flu vaccine verification or needs to complete declination
