PRACTICE
*Employed organization structure
*Option for 10 to 21 shifts per month (Considered full-time)
*7pm to 7 am
*Hospital does 170 deliveries per month
*70% are scheduled

*20 Bed NICU (Level 2) that is staffed 24/7 with Neonates 
*NO NICU call
*13 Bed L&D with 5 ED rooms
*34 Postpartum rooms
*Comp = $200/hr to $240/hr
*Sign-on bonus, CME, malpractice, tail, PTO
*Relo
