Professor and Chair of the Department of Neurology

neurologists and 5 NIH-supported PhD investigators is seeking a Professor and Chair of the Neurology
Department. The successful applicant will be an academic
physician willing to provide strategic leadership in programmatic, education
and research development. The new chair will actively engage in the
continued development of a strong system-wide neurology program. Minimum
qualifications are Board Certification in Neurology, a distinguished record of
academic/clinical experience, research productivity and skilled in managing
clinical activities within an academic and managed care environment.
The department is proud of its faculty, residents, staff and state-of-the-art
facilities. Faculty members serve as assistant editors, editorial board
members, and are active in robust clinical research. Premier clinical
neurology and compassionate patient care is provided over a large portion of
the Midwest region.
