Hospital / Clinic Employed Internal Medicine: Pediatric Job in Tomball, Texas

This Med-Peds opportunity in Tomball, Texas is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position. In this arrangement, you would be a W-2 employee of the employing organization, which administers your compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically provides the clinical facility, staff, and referral infrastructure. Compensation is structured through an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. Relocation assistance and a signing bonus are included. Call responsibilities include a 1:4 patient call rotation and an emergency department call rotation of 1:6 or better.
