Join 1 other internal medicine physician in coastal North Carolina. This is a traditional setting opportunity. Will work Monday-Friday days. Call schedule is 1 in 5. Will see 15-18 patients per day. Payer mix is 60% Medicare 20% Medicaid 15% commercial and 5% self. The inpatient census is 15. Will do inpatient and outpatient work. Will be required to do critical care. The hospital has 50 beds. There are 73 physicians on staff. The service population is 20000 and the population in the community is 6000. They transport to Greenville NC. This community is located on 25 miles from Greenville NC which is the home of ECU and East Carolina School of Medicine. This town offers beautiful lakes streams and countryside. It is a historic area. Raleigh is only 1 1/2 hours. The salary is $175000-$200000 plus bonuses.
