PRACTICE DESCRIPTION: • Location: north New Hampshire, near Jericho Mountain State Park • Specialty Requested: Internal Medicine Physician • Locums Coverage needs: ASAP – thru March • Start Date: ASAP • Type of Clinic: Family Medicine-outpatient primary care • Schedule: Client is flexible and will accept a minimum of 3 ten hour days • M-F 7:30am-5:30pm • Patient Volume: 18-24 per day • Patient Ages: IM- must treat adolescents and up • Patient Population Mix and Details: 22% Geriatric; 23 % obesity rate; 28% high blood pressure; 7% diabetes. • IP/OP: Outpatient Only • Call: No Call • Responsibilities (ICU, Vents, OB, etc.): Primary Care • Charting/Dictation: EMR Centricity PRIMARY CARE SERVICES: • Health promotion • Disease prevention • Health maintenance • Counseling • Patient treatment of acute and chronic illnesses • Specialist Referrals CLINICAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CLIENT: • Access to low/no cost medications • Advocacy and counseling for survivors of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault • Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program • Family Planning Services • Geriatric Care • Community Health Education • HIV Counseling and Testing • Infant Massage Training • Neuromotor Clinic • Oral Health Clinic • Pediatric Care • Post-Partum Home Visits • Pre-natal Care • Preventive Health Screenings • Primary Care Services • Dietician Services • Sexually Transmitted Disease Services • Support Groups for Special Populations • WIC Nutrition Services LOCUMS INFORMATION: • Travel and lodging included • Malpractice insurance provided • 30 day out for any reason from the assignment PERMANENT PLACEMENT COMPENSATION INFORMATION: • 5 day work week: $240k salary • 4 day work week: $192k salary • Comprehensive Benefits + More
