NOCTURNIST / 25 Weeks/yr = $480K / One Week PTO / 600 Bed Hospital / No Procedures
PRACTICE
*Hospital Employed position
*7 on 7 off, 12 hour night shifts (7 pm to 7 am)
*Group of 32 Hospitalists
*13 Hospitalists on each day / 2-3 nocturnists on each night
*40 Bed ICU with intensivists / subspecialists
*Full Benefits
*Work in a modern 600 bed hospital / Level 2 trauma center
*6-11 Admissions per night
*No rounding on the floor
*Procedures Optional. Have other departments that handle procedures
*Lots of subspecialty support
*Hospital has IM and FP residency program
*EPIC EMR

+Base salary for 25 Weeks
+Quality Bonus ( up to $30K)
+wRVU Bonus

=$480K / yr based on current staff averaging 10.2 admissions per shift ($2,742/day)
