- Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends and no evening call
- 40 hours per week in a post-acute care setting
- Conduct SNF rounds and management with at least one facility
- Oversee advanced practice clinicians including NPs and PAs
- Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
- Texas is part of IMLC for expedited licensure with a reciprocal state license
