Nocturnist Hospitalist opportunity in the Akron Ohio area. This is a hospital employed position who are recruiting a physician who specializes in Internal Medicine for the purpose of providing full-time inpatient/hospitalist services to patients of the community.

Recruitment package would contain the following compensation and benefits:

• Term: Twenty-Four (24) Months
• Compensation Package: $290000 annually
• Quality Incentive: Capped at $15000        
• Number of Days/Weekends:12 hour shifts- 7p-7a (7 shifts biweekly)
• Personal/CME Days: Negotiable based on a reduction of base salary                    
• Health Insurance: Covered
• Disability Insurance: $6000 per year for documented expenses (taxable)
• Dues/Membership/CME Fees:  $5000 per year for documented expenses
• Malpractice Liability: Covered by practice
• Pension Plan: 401(k) with a 4% Match capped at $8000 per year
• Sign on Bonus: $15000
• Education Assistance: Negotiable based on need
