Practice Details
Hospitalist position in Southeast Alabama. This is a 7 on 7 off schedule. You will work 7a-7p or 7p-7a. The group has 4 hospitalist and several locum's. There are 3 hospitalist's on during the day and 2 mid levels. At night you will work with 1 mid level. The inpatient census for the group is 60. The hospital has close to 250 beds. This is an employed position by the hospital. They are paying $100 per hour plus incentives. You will receive $5 for quality/satisfaction bonuses plus $30 for every billable encounter over 20. The pay for 7pm to 7am is $115 per hour. The hospital will offer a full benefit package. This community has a population of 60k.
