Solo / Independent Practice Hospice/Palliative Care Job in Jacksonville, Florida
This Hospice/Palliative Care position in Jacksonville, Florida is offered as a solo/independent practice opportunity. In this arrangement, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and set your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization supports this structure through an income guarantee, helping offset the early business ramp-up while you establish the practice.
This permanent role also lists call coverage of 1:6 or better, with no emergency department call required. The financial offering for this listing is noted as Open.
Candidates should be board certified, with allopathic (MD) or osteopathic (DO) training accepted, and either U.S. citizenship or Green Card status. This listing is open to recently trained, experienced, and very experienced physicians.
Beyond the solo/independent model, this same position is also structured in other ways, including single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/health system employment, academic, military/VA, community health center, contract, and administrative/medical director arrangements — giving you the option to compare models before choosing the one that fits your career goals.
