The facility needs a provider to do hospital procedures with call and to work with a well established, highly accomplished Endo Unit team.

          June 8-9 CALL ONLY

 * Patients per shift: 2 - 3

 * Procedures:

    - ERCP - Moderate Sedation Adult (18+ years); w/ Insertion of Expeandable Metal Stent;w/ Lithotripsy

    - Lower endoscopy - Control of bleeding; Dilation (rigid, balloon); Rectal Ultrasound; Removal of Foreign Body; Sigmoidoscopy-Flexible

    - Upper Endoscopy - Control of Bleeding; Insertion of Expandable Metal Stent; Insertion of Plastic Stent

 * Other facts:

          > Well-established, experienced - highly regarded on-site endoscopy team

          > Advanced procedures include: ERCP, Spyglass, EUS, Esophageal Manometry, 

                  Esophageal pH testing, Pill Cam

          > Certified – CGRN nurses

          > Capsule endoscopy and hydrogen breath testing equipment within office

          > Hospitalists for 24-hour admitting and support

          > Full complement of ancillary services

          > Strong Anesthesia support
