Rate Schedule:

• hourly

• night call (to include 2.5 hours gratis)

• 24-hour call (to include 4 hours gratis)

• Callback

24-hour coverage for weekdays include Clinic + Night Call: Monday - Friday 7am -5pm inpatient consults (workday) and procedures + 5p-7a (night call)

• Day Hospitalist shifts + call

• Night calls average: 2-3 calls/month.

• All cases in the endoscopy unit are with anesthesia- Intensivist helps with sedation for a travel case.

24-hour call weekends: 7am on Friday to 7am on Monday

• Coverage needs: Inpatient hospital coverage, endoscopy procedures, and outpatient clinic.

o   General week: may include 12-16 hours of endoscopy time.

o   Inpatient coverage: may consist of 12 hours coverage, which may be overnight, and weekend coverage.

• Inpatient Consults and Procedures.

• Daily average new consults/day: 10-12

• Support Staff: PA to help with service.

• EMR: Cerner

REQUIREMENTS:

• AZ state license: active, unrestricted.

• BC- Gastroenterology, ACLS, BLS, DEA.

• ERCP & EUS are not required.

• Seeking a little to no, Malpractice History.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
