We are currently looking for a qualified Medical Director to be instrumental in H-E-B's health care delivery. The Medical Director will be responsible for leading various service lines and overseeing providers and healthcare professionals.

• Foster a caring team environment that exceeds customer service expectations
• Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality rules and regulations
• Perform quality assurance checks related to the practice of medicine

• Improve/ expand the scope of services available to patients
• Maintain quality metrics, patient satisfaction and cost controls

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from accredited medical school
• Board Certified
• TX medical license, no restrictions
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Previous Medical Director experience overseeing multiple locations and/or large team
• Excellent oral and written leadership communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of compliance standards in related areas: industry, OSHA, EEOC and Employment Law
• Fundamental computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
