• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with 100% outpatient setting
• Light call schedule averaging 2 - 3 times per year; phone-only, no hospital visits
• 1 dedicated MA per provider plus additional float MAs for patient rooming support
• On-site lab, imaging, and walk-in clinic within a large, modern facility campus
• Shareholder track available; ancillary revenue sharing from lab, imaging, and research
• 401(k) with 13% of total compensation contributed annually plus profit sharing
• Residents accepted; growing community approximately 1 hour from Nashville
