• Monday - Friday schedule with shared call and weekends
• Join established team serving hospice and palliative care services
• Mix of inpatient palliative consults and hospice facility work
• Board-certified or board-eligible fellowship-trained physician required
• Work with interdisciplinary team including nurse practitioners
