• 4-day work week with 32 hours per week for excellent work-life balance
• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm
• Manageable patient panel of 16 - 18 patients per day
• Outpatient-only position with no hospital duties

• DEA license required; Arizona medical license required
