What You’ll Do
Provide 100% outpatient primary care in a Direct Primary Care model
Deliver highly individualized, relationship-based care with a capped patient panel (~600 max)
See fewer than 10 patients per day, allowing for deeper patient engagement
Take over an established, fully functioning panel of approximately 300 patients
Collaborate with clinical staff while focusing entirely on patient care
Schedule
Monday–Friday
