Position overview:

The Staff Physician is responsible for providing the highest quality of medical care and auxiliary functions for patients. In conjunction with the nurse practitioner and/or the physician assistant, participates in developing, executing, and periodically reviewing the Clinic’s written policies and services provided to Federal program patients.

Schedule/details:

• Monday-Friday
• 8am-5pm
• FLEXIBLE - 4/10's
• NO CALL
• 20-22 patients seen per day
• 80% scheduled
• 20% walk-ins
• 20-25 minutes consult

Cases:

• Bread and butter, cough and cold, flu, minor suturing, diabetes, etc.

Support staff:

• NP's, PA's, MA's, RN's, etc.
• Fully support staff
