Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in Western North Carolina is currently in need of locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join and help their facility.

Requirements:
BC/BE in IM with EM experience

Practice Details:

• Single physician coverage in the ED
• Two 12-hour shifts per day. Shifts are 7a-7p/7p-7a. Day shift provider will also do rounds.
• Typically there are 3-4 inpatients requiring care.
• The hospital unit is in close proximity to the ER.  The physician would round when the ED is calm.  If a situation arises that requires the provider return to the ED, they will would be called back.
• Hybrid program---EM providers will round on the inpatients and also cover the ED
• Charting is T-Sheets
