Requirements:
• NE License/IMLC
• BC/BE (EM; Consider BC in FM: at least 10 yrs ED experience)
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
• Medicine Residency in the last 6 mos
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved EM residency program (training)
• Actively practicing as an EM Physician for the last 12 mos or completion of an Emergency.
