EM locums Ft Leonardwood, MO Military Base Hospital Govt locums ANY state license ACLS, BLS and DEA required $180/hr all inclusive rate (they cover travel/housing) 25K annual volume Double coverage during day; some triple with midlevel covering Fast Track Single coverage from 1a-7a at night Swing shift 1p-1a 7a-7p 7p-7a 1.75/hr pts with double coverage 1/hr at night Personal Service Contract; FED TORT CLAIMS 3 ½ yr contract still left to fulfill 1 week to submit packet; 30-45 days to grant privileges ABEM: ACLS/BLS/PALS ABIM/ABFP/ABP: ATLS/ACLS/BLS/PALS Orientation is typically 2-3 days; train on systems (ALTA/CHCS), computer access; tour with COR, etc. GS/ORS on site 24/7 Others (all services) available on call Neuro—sent out Only ER in county; patient will be stabilized (civilian) and triaged out
