Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in Southwest Louisiana is currently in need of locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team.

Requirements:

• Residency trained
• BE/ BC: ABEM / AOBEM or IM or FP with 2 years’ experience (Peds experience is preferred)
• ACLS, PALS, and ATLS preferred
• Minimum 6 shifts per month

Practice Details:

• Shift Coverage: Double doc - noon to 8p with a MLP till 10p; otherwise single coverage
• Shift Times:
  • Physician:
    • Monday – Friday, 5a-5p / 1p-11p / 5p-5a
    • Saturday and Sunday, 5a-3p / 1p-11p / 7p-5a
  • MLP: 9a-9p
• Patient Age Range: All
• High acuity level – seeing 70 patients per day. Also seeing children and women.
• Docs run all codes
• No call requirements
• Number of openings: 30 shifts

• Hourly Pay Rate: Open
