Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in Northeast Alabama is currently in need of locums Emergency Medicine Physician to help their facility. They currently need 10-12 shifts per month starting in June.

Requirements:

• BC/BE in EM, IM, or FM.
• Must have a completed residency.
• ACLS, ATLS & AL EMS Certifications required. If ABEM certified, ACLS & ATLS are not required.

Practice Details:

• Shift Coverage:
  • 24 hour/day Physician Coverage
  • 12 hour/day Advanced Practitioner Coverage
• Shift Times: 12-hour shifts. 7a-7p/7p-7a
• 7% admission per shift
• 30-35 patients encounters per shift
• Codes required
• No procedures required
• Back up sub-specialties: Critical Care Medicine,Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Otolaryngology, Infectious Diseases, Urology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Rehabilitation Services, Nephrology, Neurology, Women's Health Services
