Solo / Independent Practice Dentistry Job in Centralia, Washington
This dentistry position in Centralia, Washington is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice structures available for this role. In this model, you would own and operate your own practice rather than work as an employee — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. Startup support in this structure is commonly provided through an income guarantee, which is listed among the financial structures available for this opportunity.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average tier, presented as the listed offering rather than a guaranteed figure. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this role.
Because independent practice ownership carries the administrative and business responsibilities directly, this arrangement offers a higher degree of autonomy and direct financial upside compared with employed structures, in exchange for taking on those practice-management duties yourself. If this structure doesn't fit your preferences, note that this same opportunity is also offered under other arrangements, including group, employed, and contract options.
