DESCRIPTION:  Proposed April start ongoing

• Amount of Patients per shift? Locum could be supervising up to 5 CRNA’s and rooms at a time, and/or performing cases. Average is 3 rooms.

• Minimum of 7 shifts per month to be considered

·         Trauma level 3, with 30 minute response time 

·         PEDS level 1-3, Level 2 NICU with Pediatric Hospitalists in house 

• Number of operation rooms? We have 9 OR’s, 2 Endo Suits, 2-EP Lab Rooms, 4-Surgery Center Rooms (Surgery Center is on main campus) Case Mix: Gen Surg, OB/GYN, Pulmonary/CC, ENT, Cardiology, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology

REQUIRED: 

·        OH state license; active, unrestricted

·        Board Certified in Anesthesiology
