• ASA 1-5e - All levels of acuity from healthy to severe illness
• Ortho (frequent regional), Urology, Gyn, Cardiothoracic
• Peds (few acutely ill peds), General, Endoscopy, IR, EP
• PALS, ACLS, BLS certification required
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification required
