TIVA Healthcare Inc has an immediate need for an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiologist for locums in Central Florida. Level 2 trauma and Cardiac experience a plus 321-bed hospital that builds on a proud tradition of healthcare excellence in and centrally located close to Orlando Level 2 Trauma Center Number of ORs - 7 Gen OR + 1 Cardiac + 1 Off site + 1 OB (includes trauma) 25% of Anesthesiologist doing their own cases. Call will be beeper with a 1/5 rotation Post-call days off or 1st one out - OFF What are the daily hours and start times - 7 – 3, 5 or 7 Types of cases done at this facility - gen, OB, Cardiac, Trauma, in house call is weekdays 16 hours from 5pm-7am Weekends its 24 hours in house its 1:5 Types of cases the provider is required to do - Currently have 2 Cardiac MD's optimal level would be 3 All Anesthesiologist do trauma and OB If cardiac is involved – how many cases per (week or month) - Annually- 262 Open Hearts and 144 Gen Cardiology Do they require TEE proficiency or certification - Yes Do they require DEA and CDS in their state - yes How long do privileges take - 90 days if not HCA credentialing but Temps will be offered The TIVA Advantage includes the following: Competitive Pay Paid Mileage, Travel and Lodging 24/7 access to your one point of contact A+ rated Malpractice and tail coverage Bi weekly Direct deposit
