Hospital / Clinic Employed Anesthesiology: Pain Management Job in Las Vegas, Nevada
This pain management anesthesiology position in Las Vegas, Nevada is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed arrangement. In this structure, you would be a W-2 employee of the employing organization, which administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and typically supplies the clinical facility, support staff, and referral base. This setup is designed to let you focus on clinical work rather than practice administration. The same listing also notes availability under a non-clinical case management structure, so you can discuss which option fits your goals.
Compensation is structured as an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. There is no emergency department call associated with this role, and the patient call rotation is also listed as no call.
The organization is open to candidates who are board certified or board eligible, trained as MD or DO, and either American or foreign medical graduates, provided they hold U.S. citizenship or a green card. Physicians at various career stages — from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners — are considered.
