Duration: 8-12 weeks

Primary Purpose:

• The primary purpose of this role is to train and mentor one Nurse Practitioner (NP) and one Physician Assistant (PA) in the field of Addiction Medicine.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Addiction Medicine is essential.

• Previous Medical Directorship experience is mandatory.

• Work closely with and train 2 MLPs (Mid-Level Providers), including one NP and one PA.

• Specialize in an adult-only patient population.

• Embrace a highly flexible scheduling model: On-site as needed, with the added benefit of tele-support for the remaining time.

• Example schedule: 2-3 days on-site, with the remaining time dedicated to on-call duties.

Specialties Considered:

• Board certification in FM (Family Medicine), IM (Internal Medicine), PSYCH (Psychiatry), NEURO (Neurology) or Addiction Medicine is acceptable.

License:

• An active Vermont medical license is a prerequisite.

• Pass Drug-Test.
