Our client is looking for a board-certified Addiction Medicine physician to work at 2 clinics located in Newport and St. Johnsbury, Vermont. The provider will be working full-time hours each week between the 2 clinics in VT. Top Requirements: - Physician with at least 1 year of Addiction Medicine experience - Board Certified in Addiction Medicine - Licensed in Vermont - DEA X-Waiver required Duties include: - Planning and supervising provision of treatment for patients (including regular review and notes in the patient's record) with a strong emphasis on quality & customer service. - Oversee any patient emergencies - Oversees patient care provided by a physician extender, signs charts, etc., when applicable - Supervises the administration of medications - Provides patient education specific to various disease processes within our scope of practice
