-Steady volume of admissions
-Expanding due to growth in community and hospital volumes
-Join team of 4 expanding to 6
-Busy Level III Trauma Center
-38 bed ICU with combined med/surgical and neuro beds
-Interdisciplinary approach
-Shifts are 24 hrs (12 on the floor and 12 on call at night)
-14 shifts per month
-Trained NPs on staff at night to admit and manage patients
-Highly trained nursing and respiratory staff
-Pulmonary training highly desirable
