PRACTICE OVERVIEW
*Join another employed Surgeon who is at the 90% of MGMA

*Defined Need
*Take over for a busy Surgeon who recently departed
*General Bread & Butter with wide case mix options
*New Equipment
*1:2 initially and 1:3 Call (Have future grad committed).  8 required days per month.  Extra call pay for each additional day

*No trauma - rarely ever get called in (Trauma goes to 600 bed level 2 trauma center 20 minutes away)
*Modern hospital with NICU, Gen & Surg ICU
*Robot - Divinci Xi
*Have 600 Bed sister hospital 20 minutes away
*4 Large OR's / blocked scheduling
*$450,000-$500,000 on-going Salary

*wRVU bonus structure
*High Earning Potential of $900K+
*Sign-On / Stipend $50,000+
