Open Dates: December 22- January 2, January 18-28

Schedule: Clinic Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm, Weeknight Call, Weekend Call (Fri 5pm- Mon 8am)

Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults since there is on-call involved.

Procedures Required: thrombolytic therapy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, NCV

Procedures Preferred: botulinum toxin administration (Botox), sleep studies.

EMR: EPIC

Privileges: 4-6 weeks
