Specialty Requested: Adult Psychiatrist – Locums or PERM candidates being considered
BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified
Facility Type: Inpatient Coverage – Covering 1 Unit – 25 Beds; will also be collaborating physician for APN
Reason for Coverage Need: Vacancy – Long-Term Coverage
Start Date: as soon as credentialing completed (4-6 weeks)
Length Of Assignment: 6-12 months
Minimum Length Accepted: 3-4 months
Schedule: Day Shift - Services would be Monday – Friday 8A-5P with possible coverage on the weekends – TBD
Patient Age Range: 18+ - Geriatrics
Responsibilities: Rounding & Provide Care to Inpatient Adults & provide coverage in the ER
Patient Panel: General Adult Psychiatry Admissions & Intake Assessments; Alcohol / Drug Abuse; Interpersonal Problems; Minor Anxiety
Inpatient/Outpatient: Inpatient
Call Requirements: TBD
Certifications Required: Must be Board Certified
Charting/Dictation: NO EMR – Paper Charting
