Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Job in Gaylord, Michigan

Experienced EM Locum needed for April coverage dates and ongoing each month.
Facility is searching for a locum who is BC by ABEM/AOBEM, or ABIM/AOBIM/ABFM/AOBFM with ED experience.  
True BE (within 3 years of completion of residency) will be accepted as well.
Locums need to be within driving distance to avoid flight costs. Facility will reimburse mileage and housing.
The ED volume is 15,000 annual visits; about 41 patients a day.
Must have an active MI license at time of submission
ACLS and PALS required
Shifts are 8a - 8p & 8p-8a
EMR - Meditech
Allow 4-5 weeks for credentialing after completion of application
Northern Michigan (not quite in the Upper Peninsula)
