Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Job in Florida

Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in the Miami Metropolitan Area is currently in need of locum tenens Emergency Medicine Physician to join their team.

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Certified by ABEM/AOBEM
• Must be within 5 years of residency if BE
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Must be able to show moderate sedation case logs or letter from primary facility stating provider has successfully completed at least 5 moderate sedation cases in the last 12 months without complication. 
• Minimum 5 shifts per month

Practice Details:

• Physician Coverage: 7a-3:30p, 1p-10p, 9p-7a
• APP Coverage: 8a-5p, 11a-11p, 5p-2a
• Patient Age Range: Adults, separate PEDS. ED staff 24/7.
• Number of openings: 20-30 shifts per month
• Providers will be needed at least through the flu season of next year which should be around April 2017, if not longer
